Obituary of Candy Vause Lambert Field

Candy Vause Lambert Field, 47, wife of Timothy K. Field, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016 in Marshall, MI. Born on August 16, 1969, in Florence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Daniel Vause and the late Sylvia Mae Strickland Vause. Candy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marshall, MI and enjoyed going to the Gospel Barn. She was employed with KFC for more than 13 years having worked locally in Georgetown and currently in Marshall, MI. Candy enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of Marshall, MI; three children, Elizabeth Ardella Watson (Reggie) of Surfside Beach, Tonya Lambert (Adam Hodge) of Columbia and A.J. Lambert (Kenyatta) of Georgetown; one step daughter, Heather Gosnell (Rodney) of Murrells Inlet; one step son, Steven Botimer (Brittany) of MI; 13 grandchildren; one sister, Melissa Cook (Kevin) of Georgetown; two brothers, Joey Vause and Lee Vause (Charlene) both of Timmonsville; mothers in law, Elizabeth Hawkins and Patty Field; father in law, Carl Field; four sisters in law, Bridget Hawkins, Darlene Schultz and Hazel Cameron (Louie) all of Georgetown,Schara Swan of Michigan; special family member, Marie Poston (Andy) of Georgetown; numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Peanut. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard “Ricky” Lambert; step mother, Martha Pearline Vause; and step father in law, Jimmy Hawkins. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, December 17, 2016 at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. David Good officiating. Burial will follow in Sand Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Friday at Georgetown Pentecostal Holiness Church.
