Obituary of Nancy Evans

Nancy Shirlene Weathers Evans, 70, loving wife, beloved mother and devoted friend, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Vibra Hospital in Mt. Pleasant. Mrs. Evans was born on the daughter of the late Lee Albert Weathers and the late Joyce Gregory Parham, on December 27, 1953, in Spartanburg County. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Evans of Georgetown; children, Chad Weathers (Candy) of Chesnee, Dana Barrineau of Shelby, NC, and Harley Zurcher (Sherry) of Lamberttown; her step children, Christy Sims (Robert) of Georgetown, Jamie Todd (Ricky) of Andrews and Jake Evans (Amanda) of Andrews; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and a best friend, Debbie Hawes of Manning. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers. Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, February 24, 2024, in the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery.
