Obituary of David Earl Newton

David Earl Newton, 67, passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Prince George Healthcare Center. Born on August 23, 1956, in Andrews, he was a son of the late Glenn Marvin Newton and the late Mary Green Newton. Mr. Newton had a great love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include a daughter, Ashley Christine Newton of Walterboro; three grandchildren, David Nathan Thomas of Andrews, Tucker Jackson Lowrimore of Walterboro and Emma Christine Lowrimore of Walterboro; one sister, Betty Ann Powell (James) of Andrews; one brother, Marvin Junior Newton (Rebecca) of Georgetown; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Frances Marlowe, Mary Faye Turner and Shirley Spencer; and four brothers, Lamont Wadus Newton, Ronald Elliott, Donald Elliott and Elvis Cook.
