Obituary of Francis Kenneth Miller

Francis Kenneth “Kenny” Miller, 69, widower of Donna Fulton Miller, passed away Monday, September 25, 2023, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on January 3, 1954, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Joseph Samuel Miller and the late Maggie Virginia Walstrom Miller. Mr. Miller retired from International Paper Company after 42 years of service. Mr. Miller loved being on the water and enjoyed SCUBA diving, fishing, waterskiing, and deer hunting but above all else, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include three children, Samuel B. Miller (Elaine) of Andrews, Jefferson K. Miller of Johnsonville and Amanda M. Miller (Brian) of Georgetown; seven grandchildren, Kaylib, Tori, Bailey, Christopher, Gage, Stanley and Trinity; one great-grandchild, Sage; one brother, Charles A. "Gus" Miller of Myrtle Beach; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Derrick Singletary and Stephanie Singletary; one sister, Deborah J. Johnson-Jones; and one brother, Robert E. Miller. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
