Obituary of Michael Paul Abler

Michael Paul Abler, 57, husband of Lisa Waters-Abler, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Conway Medical Center. Born on March 17, 1966, in Montclair, NJ, he was a son of the late Lorenz Abler and the late Ida Mae Abler. Mr. Abler enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was a great cook and was always cooking extraordinary meals for his family. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife Lisa Waters-Abler; his great niece whom he loved as his own, Elyssa Abler; a best friend, Scott Rudolph; and many other friends that he held near and dear to his heart. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Barbara Abler; and his brother, Larry Abler. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at Bubba’s Bar and Grill, 1125 Dick Pond Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29575, from 2 PM – 6 PM. Food and drinks will be served. Friends are invited to stop by to celebrate Michael’s life and have one of his favorite shots.
