Obituary of Timothy Bass Woodward

Timothy Bass Woodward, 62, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on July 23, 1960, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Jack F. Woodward, Sr. and the late Olga Bass Russ. Mr. Woodward enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing and loved fast cars. Underneath it all, Mr. Woodward was a loving man who had a heart for the Lord. Survivors include two sons, Timothy Bass Woodward, Jr. of Los Angeles, CA and Brandon Cole Woodward (Olesea Russu) of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren, Alexander Byrd of Myrtle Beach, Kara Woodward of OH and Gage Woodward of OH; one sister, Becky Dickson of Georgetown; one brother, Jack Woodward, Jr. (Ana) of Georgetown; one nephew, Jay Dennis of Myrtle Beach; and two nieces, Dawn Ard (Shane) of Georgetown and Korre Woodward of Georgetown. He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Charlie Russ. Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon Thursday, May 25, 2023, in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
