Obituary of Ryan LeGrande Evans

Ryan LeGrande Evans, 34, passed away Monday, December 5, 2022, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on January 12, 1988, in Charleston, he was the son of the late Alan LeGrande Evans and Donna Howell. Ryan was a crane operator by trade and also worked with Mancini Landscaping. He enjoyed fishing, camping, sitting around the fire with his family and friends, helping others and most of all spending time with his children. Survivors include his mother of Charleston; four children, Daniel Evans of Andrews and Hazel Evans of Moncks Corner, their mother, Ariel Cook of Georgetown and Riley Evans and Robbie Evans, and their mother, Rebecca Iglesias all of Conway; two sisters, Samantha Graff of Charleston and Amanda Knight of Knoxville, TN; three aunts, Glenda Wilder (William, Jr.) of Andrews, Yvonne Carroll (Danny) of Georgetown and Sandy Bragg of Georgetown; a special friend, Richie Cortez of Georgetown; and numerous other special family members. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Bessie Dell Coleman. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Friday, December 9, 2022, in Sampit United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
