Obituary of Brenda Baylor

Brenda S. Baylor, 63, of Andrews, passed away July 23, 2022, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on July 19, 1959, in Williamsburg County, she was a daughter of the late Susie Tisdale and the late Otis Baylor. Brenda was a tomboy who loved animals big and small, she could tame wild animals and charm bees. She had many pets from opossums, raccoons, cats, dogs and birds. Brenda also served many roles as a home care giver, grounds keeper, house cleaner, and cook. She was an avid fisherman with her best friend Ty and loved spending time outdoors. Brenda was a good friend to many, she held her own, stood her ground and wouldn’t back down from anyone. She was always there when her friends needed her and would help in any way that she could. She had a contagious laugh and a big heart and will be missed by many. Survivors include her siblings; Joseph Barry Baylor (Helen Marie), James “Jamie” Albert Baylor and Thomas Alexander Baylor (Julie); and a daughter, Sabrina Stevens Causey (Hunter). She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Elaine Richardson; a brother-in-law, Bruce Darrell Richardson; a nephew, Barry Oneal Baylor; and a niece Brande Richardson.
