Obituary of Patricia B Martin

Patricia Braswell Martin, widow of Milton K. Martin, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Tidelands Community Hospice House. Born on January 22, 1940, in Seminole County, GA, she was the daughter of the late R.A. Braswell and the late Lillian Murkison Braswell. Mrs. Martin was a member of First Baptist Church and was a retired paraprofessional with Georgetown County Schools. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include two children, Gregory Keith Martin and Marisa Martin Cooper both of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Tori Bowers (Robert) of Charleston, Madison Cooper of Georgetown, Keith Martin of Georgetown and Jarrett Cooper of Georgetown; and two great grandchildren, Brayden Bowers and Everett Bowers both of Charleston. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deedee Martin. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, May 11, 2015 at First Baptist Church with Rev. Ted Sherrill officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be held at 2PM Tuesday, May 12, 2015 in the Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Brinson, GA.
