Obituary of Carlton Leonard Watson

Carlton Leonard Watson, 59, husband of Chao-Yee Wong Watson, passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on June 29, 1962, in Georgetown, he was the son of Betty Edwards Raines and the late Leonard Paul Watson. Mr. Watson had a great love for music. He enjoyed playing the guitar and toured with numerous bands in his youth. Mr. Watson had a soft heart for animals and helping others, and enjoyed cooking, eating gourmet food, entertaining and playing video games. Survivors include his wife Chao-Yee Wong Watson; his mother and step-father, Betty Edwards Raines and James Raines; and his beloved fur babies, Rude Dog and Lord Purrington. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Friday April 29, 2022 at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
