Obituary of Virginia Demaris Singleton Stimpson

Virginia Demaris Singleton Stimpson, 66, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Blue Ridge of Georgetown. Born on July 9, 1949, in Georgetown, she was a daughter of the late Clyde Henry Singleton and the late Virginia Ann Cannon Singleton. Mrs. Stimpson enjoyed playing YATZEE, reading, walking her dog and most of all spending time with her great grandchildren. She was of the Pentecostal faith. Survivors include two daughters, Renay Belcher (DB) and Sandy Cribb (James); five grandchildren, Daniel Belcher, Matthew Belcher, John Meeks, Shannon Lewis (Daniel Benton) and Shaun Lewis (Morgan Evans); and four great grandchildren, Brayden Benton Aubrey Lewis, Ansley Benton and Kayden Lewis. She was preceded in death by three brothers; and one sister. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM Friday, March 4, 2016 at Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church.
