Obituary of Brande Elaine Richardson

Brande Elaine Richardson, 46, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021, at her home. Born on November 21, 1974, in Georgetown, she was the daughter of the late Bruce Darrell Richardson and the late Rachel Elaine Baylor Richardson. Ms. Richardson was a strong willed and a hardworking woman who enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and spending time with her family, especially her children. Survivors include six children, Shelby Hanna (Brandon), Breanna Northrup, Hunter Cooper, Rachel Northrup, Jordan Ray and Joshua Northrup all of Georgetown; one grandchild, Gabriella Hanna of Georgetown; two brothers, Terry Richardson (Jennifer) and Travis Richardson (Misty Sanders) all of Georgetown; four nephews, Justin Richardson, Brandon Richardson, Emory Richardson and Lane Richardson; an aunt, Mary Rose Swails; the father of her children, Jamie Northrup of Georgetown; a special cousin, Sabrina Causey (Hunter) and their son, Clay Causey; and her best friend, Krystal Drohan (Roddy) of Andrews. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Henry Malcom Richardson and Minnie Elizabeth Connelly Richardson; maternal grandparents, Susie Tilton Stevens and Thomas Otis Baylor; an uncle, Terry Richardson; a cousin, Barry Baylor; and best friend, Stephanie Groverman. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Ridgeway Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
