Obituary of Cecil Arthur Wareham

Cecil Arthur Wareham, 91, widower of Eileen Wareham, passed away Friday, June 25, 2021. Born on January 19, 1930, in Warwick, Rhode Island, he was a son of the late Amos Wareham and the late Gladys Shepard Peach. Mr. Wareham was a US Army veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the VFW, Moose Lodge and was a retired fire fighter. Mr. Wareham loved working with his hands, and enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, Tim Wareham (Dana) of Georgetown and Michael Wareham (Donna) of Little River; three grandchildren, Ashley Crawford (Thomas), Kelly Crosby (David) and Trey Moore (Kelly) all of Georgetown; 7 ½ great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mildred Conley and Ada Spelman both of RI. He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant son, Richard; and a brother, Ronald Wareham. Memorial services will be private.
