Obituary of Lee McCants

Timothy Lee McCants, 35, passed away, Thursday, February 4, 2021. Born on June 16, 1985, in Georgetown, he was a son of Timothy Allen McCants and Julie Cooper McCants. Lee was affiliated with the Otter House and enjoyed hunting, fishing, snow skiing, operating heavy equipment and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include one daughter, Kylianna M. Mercier of Jacksonville, FL; father and step mother, Tim McCants and Lisa McCants of Andrews; mother, Julie McCants of Salters; one brother, Seth McCants (Wendy Watford) of Salters; one step sister, Katelyn Mahan of Georgetown; one step brother, Randall Mahan of Myrtle Beach; two uncles, Joey McCants (Teresa) of Andrews and Danny Cooper (Renee) of Andrews; one aunt, Diane McCants of Andrews; one nephew, Emmette McCants; and many special cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James and Isabelle McCants; maternal grandparents, Dickie and Judy Cooper; and one uncle, Jamey McCants. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Monday, February 8, 2021 at Spring Pond Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
