Obituary of Bev Stikas

Bev Stikas, 71, beloved wife of Emanuel Stikas, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at her home. Born on August 30, 1948, in Hamilton, OH, she was the daughter of the late Christian Carl Brenner and the late Lola Jean Hatton Guyler. Mrs. Stikas was a staunch Republican and was a member of the South Carolina and Virginia Republican Party and also the Waccamaw Neck Republican Club. She had a great passion for golf and was a member of the Pawleys Plantation Ladies Golf Association and former member of the Virginia Amateur Women’s Golf Association. Mrs. Stikas was a member of St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Washington, DC. Survivors include her husband of Pawleys Island; two children, Jill Stikas Holt (Tommy) of Murrells Inlet and Nicholas K. Unger of Arlington, VA; two grandchildren, Molly Elizabeth Kelso and Emily Ann Kelso both of Murrells Inlet; and one brother, Dennis Ray Brenner (Pat) of Hamilton, OH.
