Obituary of Dan H. Wheeler, Jr.

Dan H. Wheeler, Jr., 65, beloved husband of Ginger Williams Wheeler, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at his home. Born on November 16, 1954, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Dan H. Wheeler, Sr. and the late Doris Freeman Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler was a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church and was a retired security guard having worked at Santee Cooper and International Paper Company. He had a great love for working and enjoyed fishing, squirrel hunting, going to the beach and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his beloved wife, Ginger Williams Wheeler of Georgetown; two sons, Joseph Wheeler and Chad Wheeler both of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Keelie Wheeler and Ambry Wheeler both of Georgetown; his beloved grand puppy, Binky and cat, Zoey. Graveside services will be held at 3 PM Friday, April 10, 2020 in the Rose Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the graveside.
