Obituary of Margaret Bouchette

Evelyn Margaret Tilton Bouchette, 70, wife of Edtsel Bouchette, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020 at the Medical University of South Carolina. Born on September 28, 1949, in Williamsburg County, she was a daughter of the late Alexander Tilton and the late Annie Cox Tilton. Mrs. Bouchette was a member of Rhems Pentecostal Holiness Church where she served as the former church secretary. She enjoyed gardening, riding horses and most of all spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include two children, Priscilla Goude (Kenny) of Andrews and Shaine Young of Andrews; two step children, Eddie Bouchette (Shawntee) of Andrews and Leeann Matthews (Jamie) of Andrews; five grandchildren, Patrick Cox (Kamra) of Andrews, Kelly Dail (Justin) of Georgetown, Brittany Skipper (Cameron) of Andrews, BJ Taylor of Andrews and Dayton Young (Lexi) of Andrews; five step grandchildren, Cheyenne Matthews (Brady) of Pawleys Island, Dawson Matthews of Andrews, Abby Matthews of Andrews, Skylar Bouchette of Andrews and Gage Bouchette of Andrews; nine great grandchildren, Justice Dail, Taylor Cox, Josey Dail, Shaina Skipper, Bradyn Taylor, Aurbrey Gray, Bentley Taylor, Luke Cox, and Fierceson Skipper; three sisters, Violet Floyd (Jimmy) of Andrews, Vera Hodge (Wayne) of Georgetown and Lisa Hanser (Henry) of Georgetown; six brothers, LJ Tilton (Sandra) of Andrews, Larry Tilton (Becky) of Andrews, JW "Tubby" Tilton (Molly) of Andrews, Harold Tilton of Andrews, Ricky Tilton of Andrews and Michael Tilton (Patricia) of Georgetown; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Billy Brian Young; first husband, Billy Young. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at Rhems Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jack Todd officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday at Rhems Pentecostal Holiness Church.
