Obituary of Patsy Ann Smith

Patsy Ann Williams Smith, 74, wife of David James Smith, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Born on August 7, 1945, in Charleston County, she was a daughter of the late Paul Williams and the late Florrie Browder Williams. Mrs. Smith was a founding member of Georgetown Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking and traveling.

Survivors include her husband of Georgetown; one daughter, Karen Smith Biddy (Johnny) of Georgetown; one grandchild, Cameron Oviedo of Myrtle Beach; two great grandchildren, Cortley Bone and Camden Phillips both of Georgetown; two sisters, Carolyn Powell and Linda Hinson (Lonnie) all of Sumter; a brother in law, Jack Cromer of Sumter; a sister in law, Betty Williams of Georgetown; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Dot Cromer; and a brother, Gene Williams.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Ridgeway Funeral Home.
