Obituary of Daniel B. Belcher

 Daniel Benjamin Belcher, 39, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Born on September 3, 1980, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late DB Belcher and Renay Jacobs Belcher. Mr. Belcher attended St. Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church and enjoyed reading, playing video games, cooking and fishing.

Survivors include his mother of Georgetown; one brother, Matthew Belcher of Georgetown; fiancé, Samantha Bone of Georgetown; four aunts, Sandy Cribb (Bun) of Georgetown, Wilma Jones (Clyde) of Jamestown, Verda Mae Bowers of Andrews and Alfreda Jones (Bryce) of Jamestown; one uncle, Lester Belcher (LaGay) of Georgetown; cousins, Shannon Lewis (Daniel Benton) of Georgetown, Shaun Lewis of Georgetown, Nancy Hoeger (Jody) of Clayton, NC, Holly Britt (Timmy) of Georgetown, Owen Belcher (Tara) of Georgetown, Jill Bowers of Andrews, Scotty Bowers of Andrews, Vivian Rogers (Rainie) of Jamestown and Benji Jones (Janes) of Jamestown; and his beloved cockatiel, Peepers.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Martha and Alfred Belcher and maternal grandparents, Virginia Stimpson and Leroy Jacobs, Sr.

A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, September 28, 2019 at St. Delight Pentecostal. Holiness Church with Rev. Chris Browder officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM Saturday at the church.
