Obituary of Edward Jay Kane

Edward Jay Kane, 74, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at his home.

Born on May 20, 1944, in Pittston, PA, he was a son of the late Edward Kane and the late Katherine Golden Kane. Mr. Kane was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing golf and riding his bike.

Survivors include his companion, Carol Ann Shaw of Pawleys Island; one son, Brian Kane (Valerie) of Pawleys Island; one granddaughter, Kendall Kane of Henderson, NV; two nieces Stacey Clifton and Lisa Dyches both of Pembroke, GA; and one brother-in-law, JT Long of Pembroke, GA.

He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Kane; and a sister, Katherine Mary Long.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
