Obituary of DJ Cribb

Fred Donnie “DJ” Cribb, III, 24, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018.

Born on April 16, 1994, in Georgetown, he was a son of Kimberly DuRant Cribb and Fred Donnie Cribb, Jr. DJ was a member of Ringel Heights Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his mother of Hemingway and father of Georgetown; maternal grandmother, Rose Marie Johnston (Woody) of Hemingway; paternal grandmother, Pat Cribb of Georgetown; one brother, Joshua Cribb of Hemingway; girlfriend, Michaela Etheridge of Georgetown; nine aunts; ten uncles; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Joseph Donnie "JD" Cribb; maternal grandfather, Melvin DuRant; and paternal grandfather, Fred Donnie Cribb, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at 4 PM Friday, July 6, 2018 at Ringel Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Giles officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday at Ringel Heights Baptist Church.
