Obituary of Lily Leslie Atkinson

Infant Lily Leslie Atkinson, born Friday, June 22, 2018 to loving parents Olivia Bratcher Atkinson and Michael Daniel Atkinson, was called to be with the Lord shortly after birth at Tidelands Waccamaw Community Hospital. Although Lily did not spend much time with us, she was very loved and touched many lives.

Survivors include her mother and father of Murrells Inlet; maternal grandparents, Rusty and Karen Bratcher of Georgetown; paternal grandparents, Mike and Debbie Atkinson of Myrtle Beach; maternal great grandmothers, Betty Schroeder and Alberta Bratcher both of Georgetown; paternal great grandmother, Patsy Piner of Highpoint, NC; three uncles, Russ Bratcher of Mt. Pleasant, Steve Oxendine of Ashville, NC and Ricky Atkinson of Myrtle Beach; three aunts, Laura Gore of Myrtle Beach, Beth Rhems of Myrtle Beach and Vicki Atkinson of Myrtle Beach; and numerous other special family members.

She was preceded in death by maternal great grandfathers, Forrest W. Leasure and Russell L. Bratcher; and paternal great grandparents, Norma and Ray Atkinson and Cliff Piner.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Screven Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church sanctuary.

The family invites everyone to wear bright and vibrant colors to help celebrate the life of this beautiful baby girl.
