Obituary of DB Belcher

DB Belcher, 61, beloved husband of Renay Jacobs Belcher, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017 at his home.

Born on January 19, 1956, in Bell County, KY, he was a son of the late Alfred Belcher and the late Martha Taylor Belcher. Mr. Belcher was a member of Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a Master Electrician. He enjoyed going to church, watching the GAMECOCKS and riding on his John Deere tractor.

Survivors include his wife of Georgetown; two sons, Daniel Belcher and Matthew Belcher both of Georgetown; one brother, Lester Belcher (LaGay) of Georgetown; three sisters, Alfreda Belcher Jones (Bryce) of Jamestown, Wilma Belcher Jones (Clyde) of Jamestown and Verda Mae Bowers of Georgetown; and his beloved cat, Otis.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Belcher; and a brother in law, Alton Bowers.

A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Chris Browder officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Monday at Saints Delight Pentecostal Holiness Church.
