Obituary of Robert Atkinson Tindall

Robert Atkinson “Robbie” Tindall, Jr., 48, husband of Michelle Strickland Tindall, passed away Monday, June 19, 2017 at his home.

Born on September 15, 1968, in Georgetown, he was a son of Robert Atkinson “Bobby” Tindall and Sandra Davidson “Sandy” Tindall. Robbie worked for International Paper Company and was an avid outdoorsman who especially enjoyed hunting, fishing and hiking.

Survivors include his wife of Georgetown; mother and father of Georgetown; one son, Connelly Evan Tindall of Georgetown; one brother, Chris Tindall (Kim) of Garden City; a beloved yellow lab, Outlaw; two beloved ragdoll cats, Mocha and Mina; many adopted sons; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Ringel Heights Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the MUSC Foundation, Hollings Cancer Center, Colon Cancer Research, 18 Bee St. MSC 450 Charleston, SC 29425.
