Obituary of Johnny LeRand Tindall

Johnny LeRand “Randy” Tindall, 56, husband of Dixie Lee Sprague Tindall, passed away on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on September 1, 1958, in Georgetown, he was a son of the late Percy Fred Tindall, Sr. and the late Thelma Eugenia Tompkins Tindall. Mr. Tindall enjoyed working on computers, watching TV, especially westerns. He also enjoyed tractors, motorcycles and spending time and talking with others. Survivors include his wife of Georgetown; two children, Jennifer Russ and Samantha Tindall both of Georgetown; two grandchildren, Taylor Buchanan (Bryan) of Georgetown and Troy LeRand Jacobs of Georgetown; one great grandchild, Collin Buchanan of Georgetown; one brother, Fred Tindall of PA; three sisters, Frances Darnell of Rock Hill, Jeanette Ard of Georgetown and Etta Young (Clarence) of Georgetown; and one special friend, Kelly Porter of Georgetown. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Florence Elizabeth Tindall, Linda Tindall Johnson and Margaret Tindall Martin. A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Ringel Heights Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Johnson officiating.
